Disability Services
Welcome to Disability Services

Eligibility For Services

To be eligible for services, a student must:

– meet with the Disability Services Counselor/Coordinator to discuss needs and register     for services

   and

– provide current and valid documentation of a disability that requires accommodation.

All documentation must include a diagnosis and should include functional limitations.  For students with learning disabilities, the preferred documentation is a "full and individual evaluation."  Contact Disability Services for more information.

A disability is defined as any mental or physical condition that substantially limits an individual's ability to perform one or more major life activities.  These disabilities may include: physical disabilities, learning disabilities, visual or hearing impairments, neurological impairments and psychological disabilities
